You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers—listening to concerns, explaining repairs clearly, and working closely with our technicians to deliver a smooth, professional experience. What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and perform thorough vehicle check‑ins Listen carefully to their concerns and ask the right diagnostic questions Write clear, accurate repair orders with proper documentation Explain findings and recommendations in easy‑to‑understand terms Provide honest estimates and realistic timelines Communicate daily with technicians to keep jobs moving smoothly Keep customers informed with timely updates—no surprises Build long‑term customer relationships through integrity and follow‑through What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail‑oriented and highly organized Ability to explain automotive repairs so that it is easy to understand Calm, professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment Respect for technicians and appreciation for quality workmanship Automotive service advisor experience preferred, but we will train the right person Independent shop experience is a plus Pay
Paid hourly ranging from $20–$35 per hour depending on experience. What We Offer
