Greet customers and gather vehicle information. Write repair orders and explain recommended services clearly. Communicate between customers and technicians. Follow up with customers and manage vehicle timelines. Help drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in automotive service sales or advising. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. About Advanced Auto Tech
