A friendly, enthusiastic personality and genuine passion for customer service Proven ability to sell with integrity and confidence Strong communication and organizational skills Experience as a Service Advisor (European vehicle experience is a plus) Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy shop environment Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing team Why You’ll Love It Here
