Fluent in DU/LP.
Expertise with Fannie/Freddie.
Strong winning attitude; no losers here.
Leadership skills to build and lead a team.
Relentless work ethic (hustle HARD).
Experience teaching file structuring; educate like a BOSS.

When an application hits, you’ll be the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting—especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days who need a guru.
I’m grinding 7 days a week, 12‑15 hours a day. I don’t just talk the talk; I walk the WALK. If you’re not scared of hard work and have the skills, let’s TALK.
This is a remote position.
