With 18 Loan Officers already under my wing, you’ll be in elite company.
Key Qualifications
Experienced loan officer with strong processing skills.
Master of Conv, Gov, and Non‑QM.
Fluent in DU/LP.
Deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie.
Winning attitude; we don’t do losers.
Leadership experience; ready to build and lead a team.
Relentless work ethic; hustle HARD.
Teaching file structuring; educate like a BOSS.
Responsibilities
Back‑end developer for structuring, teaching, and supporting new applications.
Support 6 new Loan Officers from the last 30 days; be the guru.
Manage pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach.
Teach how to fish, not just give the fish.
Lead the team; back‑end WARRIOR.
Grind 7 days a week, 12‑15 hours a day.
