As the market Construction Manager, you will be responsible for building a world class FTTH network for our retail clients.

Responsibilities

Market lead for NOVOS Fiber's FTTP construction program

Accountable for meeting aggressive construction goals and high-quality standards

Ensures compliance with company Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve company performance objectives

Collaborates with project management team on project scope, forecasting, scheduling, budget tracking, and stakeholder management

Communicates regularly with various stakeholders on project dependencies, timeline, milestones, and progress

Manages vendor partners. Focused on providing guidance, removing roadblocks, helping our partners be successful, and holding to them accountable for meeting our expectations

Communicates regularly with senior leadership regarding problems or issues impacting production

Ensures adequate scheduling and staffing to meet the needs of the business

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in telecommunications construction, 3 years as a team leader

Experience in OSP fiber networks, engineering, and construction required

Experience with project budgeting, design, engineering, permitting, material forecasting, construction, splicing, and close out packages required

Customer installation and repair experience is a plus

Results-driven.

Exceptional work ethic. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and extended hours as necessary

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple diverse stakeholders (team, leadership, internal partners, vendors, local governments agencies, and customers, etc.)

Well organized

Good communicator

Customer-focused

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Must be able to sit for periods of time and be able to perform physical activities such as bending, standing, climbing and walking in construction areas

Valid Driver’s license
