Mechanical Engineer – Charleston, SC Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Location: Charleston, SC

Overview We are a Full‑Service Engineering company that specializes in providing design and engineering services for all aspects of building and utility infrastructure construction. Our retention rates are incredible and have extremely long‑term partnerships and client relationships. We are looking for a 2‑4 year of experience mechanical engineer to join our growing Charleston team, building design/HVAC experience, ideally with an E.I.T.

Responsibilities

Designing HVAC systems

Designing plumbing systems

Developing performance‑based fire protection systems

Conducting code analysis

Performing energy modeling

Designing laboratory and medical gas systems

Preparing LEED and Green Globes documentation

Performing life cycle cost analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university

1 to 4 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in HVAC systems design

Preferred Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification>
