Real Estate Agent

Role Description This is a hybrid contract role for a Real Estate Agent based in Twin Falls, ID, with the flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Duties include conducting property tours, scribing/negotiating contracts, preparing additional documentation, advising clients on market conditions, and building relationships to expand the client base.

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities

Familiarity with local real estate market trends in Southern Idaho

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
