The ideal candidate is a motivated, well‑organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. In his role, the candidate will be responsible for driving sales, profitability and throughput, for providing market perspective and complete intelligence. We are particularly interested in candidates from the Chinese diaspora community in Europe.
Responsibilities
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the European region
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Manage leads and offers for clients including specification, technical and pricing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
Analyze market trends and customer feedback
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Bsc degree or above. Prefer in Monomer/Polymer Science or Chemistry and relative majors
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing revenue
Experience working with chemistry leading customers
At least 10 years’ of experience
in sales management in the
chemical industry , preferably in the European market
Experience working with a wide variety of customers, in a home office/field‑base capacity
Strong market analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in
English and German . French would be a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
