Remote role open to candidates residing in or willing to self‑relocate to the

Mid‑Atlantic or Northeast United States (Virginia or north)

or the

Midwest .

Compensation Base salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential.

Role Overview GAPVelocity AI is the AI‑first modernization business unit of Growth Acceleration Partners (GAP). The unit rapidly transforms legacy applications through a proprietary Hybrid AI architecture, enabling risk‑free migration and delivering competitive advantage to enterprises.

Responsibilities

Execute a consultative sales approach, articulating the strategic value of GAPVelocity AI’s AI‑driven migration solutions.

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving rapid growth.

Proactively identify and develop new opportunities, engaging senior decision‑makers to secure budget approval and strategic alignment.

Collaborate with internal teams—including Solution Architects, Delivery Manager, Engineering and Marketing—to provide seamless client experiences and expand account revenue.

Champion and sell GAP’s broader portfolio of services to existing and new clients, maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling.

Qualifications

10+ years in consultative enterprise sales, ideally in technology services, modernization or AI‑driven solutions.

Exceptional ability to navigate complex organizations, identifying and influencing key stakeholders and decision‑makers.

Professional courage to transition from technical scout to authority.

Demonstrated success in developing new business through proactive prospecting, networking and strategic relationship‑building.

Collaborative mindset with strong communication and persuasion skills.

Experience moving beyond fixed‑price selling toward solution‑oriented, consultative engagements.

Entrepreneurial drive, accountability and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Full mastery of the BANT sales process.

Meticulous in updating and tracking pipeline and sales activities using available tools.

Travel Requirements Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time in support of the Northeast United States.
