What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Sell implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and medical staff
Partner with strategic implanting centers to provide product and therapy technical support and consultation
Analyze sales trends and collaborate with Neuro business partners to enhance territory development
Coordinate support activities and develop sales partnerships with distribution alliances
Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures related to the role
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or
Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer clinics and hospitals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of the reimbursement climate
Experience calling on physicians in Neurology, Physiatry, Oncology, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
Familiarity with the Operating Room and implantable devices
Solid skills in business planning/consulting and territory financial analysis
Excellent consultative sales skills
