Form partnerships to understand operational and customer needs.
Assist in implementing the latest fleet technologies.
Develop bench strength through succession planning and personal development initiatives.
Requirements
Proven ability to analyze data to drive business intelligence.
Proficient in logistics processes and technology.
Experience leading a dispersed workforce in various environments.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
