In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming e-invoicing solutions for businesses of all sizes, focusing primarily on Brazil and the LATAM region. You will support our partner in navigating complex tax compliance requirements while ensuring products meet customer needs. Your expertise will help innovate and enhance product features, contributing to the success of a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Accountabilities
Support e-invoicing product development for our global E-Invoicing and Live Reporting solution, with a focus on Brazil and the LATAM region.
Proactively work with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and business needs.
Conduct product ideation, defining and prioritizing enhancements to features, functionalities, and country coverage.
Perform initial gap analysis of requirements against existing product functionality.
Define and analyze metrics that inform product success.
Coordinate research requests with the Content Research team.
Analyze updates identified by the Content Research team.
Deliver requirements in partnership with Design/UX to enhance products.
Ensure timely delivery of products across the organization.
Build relationships with trade associations and industry groups to address e-invoicing topics.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-invoicing or tax reporting.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken), especially in international environments.
Advanced Spanish skills are a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and iterative product development.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and improvements.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical and business challenges.
Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools to identify user behavior patterns.
