We are currently seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Performance Marketing Associate – someone who is motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in the field of e‑commerce and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, keen to learn new tools and strategies, and able to communicate clearly with teammates. You’re someone who has a sense of curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering results, which will set you up for success here.
This role is based in our New York Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Marketing Analytics Responsibilities
Create dashboards and reports leveraging all sources of performance data including e‑commerce, CRM, and advertising platforms as well as analytics tools like GA4 and TripleWhale
Compile and distribute performance reporting in a consistent, timely and accurate way for all e‑commerce stakeholders
Complete ad‑hoc data analysis in a timely manner
Leverage data to develop actionable insights to improve performance
Coordinate relevant reporting from other departments including planning, customer service, retail and wholesale
Contribute to cross‑functional projects and new initiatives
Report on competitive trends
Key Performance Marketing Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, optimization and analysis of paid media campaigns across channels like Paid Social, Search, Affiliate and SEO
Support day‑to‑day operations across marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Bing, and more) with guidance of Sr. Manager, Performance.
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, as well as analyzing creative performance
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, leveraging trends and formats from the competitive landscape
Build and execute comprehensive A/B testing strategies for creative, messaging, landing pages, and bidding techniques.
Report on performance across all performance channels Leverage data to analyze multiple streams of information and identify opportunities to improve on our overarching marketing tactics and strategy.
Stay up to date on platform best practice and trends in digital marketing and advertising
Communicate across various functions and support your peers to deliver on business priorities.
Embrace flexibility in an entrepreneurial working environment, handle ambiguity and adapt towards changing priorities. Provide your opinion confidently and assertively.
Requirements
2-4 years of professional experience in growth marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field
Previous hands‑on keyboard experience operating Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns at a high‑growth e‑commerce company or agency.
A deep understanding of campaign and creative optimization for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube, amongst other channels.
Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, as well as familiarity with business intelligence tools (ie, Google Analytics, TripleWhale).
Experience managing budgets and collaborating with the greater marketing team to create forecasts.
Have familiarity with Affiliate, Partnership, and Creator marketing.
Experience with eCommerce Start‑ups and D2C consumer companies in some of the following industries: fashion, consumer, and tech.
You have worked on rapidly growing brands with multi‑million dollar media budgets.
You are eager to learn and a self‑starter who can hit the ground running.

Salary (for New York only) Up to $75,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
