BoostDraft is reinventing legal drafting with a local Microsoft Word add-in that automates tedious formatting and elevates lawyers' day-to-day work. Founded by MIT and Stanford alumni, we've grown to 10,000+ paying users and earned adoption at 17 of Japan's top 20 law firms mostly through word-of-mouth, profitability, and without external funding. Now, with early U.S. traction and rave reviews from American legal professionals, we're ready to bring our game-changing product stateside.

Scale with Ambition: We've built a solid base in Japan and secured early wins in key U.S. legal markets now it's time to turbocharge growth.

Greenfield GTM: You'll own the outbound playbook, laying the groundwork for a repeatable, high-velocity sales engine.

High Impact Role: As one of our first U.S. sales hires, you'll shape processes, tooling, and strategy alongside the VP of Sales and CSO.

What you will do :

Identify potential clients in law firms and corporate legal departments.

Use various sales tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.) and initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, emailing, networking events, and SNS.

Conduct sales meetings and manage the end-to-end sales process.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM and effectively follow up the leads saved in the pipeline.
