Inside Sales Leader Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by proactively managing and retaining relationships with existing small to medium sized customers. Build strong customer relationships focused on achieving budgeted retention goals. Develop and implement retention strategies and secure updated contract agreements. Increase revenue by selling the full suite of LRS services to the existing customer base. Manage assigned territory of small to medium sized commercial accounts. Utilize Salesforce daily to schedule and document activities, develop detailed customer profiles, and track progress. Conduct business reviews with customers to re‑sell LRS’s value proposition and identify opportunities for additional services. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual retention and growth goals. Negotiate, update, and renew customer service agreements for account profitability. Effectively communicate rates, charges, and service strategies to maximize profitability. Stay current on market and competitive trends to anticipate customer needs. Meet regularly with sales leadership to review activity and opportunities. Generate leads for internal and external new business sales teams. Respond swiftly to cancellation requests and maintain accurate customer information. Collaborate with the Operations team to address customer service issues. Build relationships by participating in company events and industry networking opportunities. Qualifications
High school diploma. Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. 1+ year of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, ideally in the waste or a business services industry. Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platform and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Physical Demands / Environmental Factors
Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand and walk. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Sporadic local travel required. Compensation
$24.00 to $32.00
