Problem‑solving ability – resolve challenges in the sales process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills
Sales acumen – deep understanding of sales principles, techniques and best practices
Analytical skills – interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Time‑management – multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Relationship‑building – establish and maintain strong customer relationships

Fast learner – proficient in using company software
Training and development skills – coach and mentor sales team in software programs
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), email and phone systems
