The Tennessee Titans are seeking Inside Sales Executives for Ticket Sales and Groups Sales. This is a temporary, full-time position, that will run through the 2026-2027 NFL Season. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and sales experience in the sports or hospitality industry. This is an
on-site position . Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our offices in Nashville by their first day. Relocation assistance is not provided for candidates currently residing outside the Middle Tennessee area.
Responsibilities:
Generate ticket revenue through season ticket sales, partial plans and group sales via outbound sales campaigns
Make a required minimum of outbound sales calls each day to meet established sales objectives
Conduct structured solicitation through outbound calls and face-to-face appointments
Document all customer communication in CRM
Assist at games and other special events with the intent of cultivating new sales and group prospects
Qualifications:
Sales and/or service experience in a sports or hospitality industry preferred
Must be comfortable making cold calls
Must have strong customer service skills
Focused on obtaining a career in the professional sports industry
Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office
Experience with ticketing systems, such as Unify and CRM preferred
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessary
Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to provide own transportation to/from work and events outside of normal business hours and normal work location
