Sales Representative About the Role: Are you a sales-driven individual with a passion for helping customers? AutoSavvy is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team! Whether you have sales experience in any industry—furniture, cell phones, technology, or other sectors—or you are new to automotive sales, we are excited to see what you bring to the table.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers through follow-ups on warm leads, generating new sales opportunities

Present vehicle options, discuss pricing, and close deals while meeting sales targets

Craft and deliver compelling sales strategies that appeal to customer needs

Apply proven sales techniques to promote vehicles and recommend add‑on products or services

Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience from start to finish

Language:

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Required Skills & Abilities:

Sales experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates from various employment backgrounds

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

Comfortable with computers and tech‑savvy in a digital sales environment

Enjoys a fast‑paced, target‑driven workplace and thrives in a team setting

Minimum Requirements:

Active drivers license

Acceptable MVR and background report

Compensation:

Monthly minimum sales draw

Competitive bonus opportunities based on front and back‑end gross

Schedule:

5 day work week

Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday

Operating hours of the store

Monday - Friday alternating between a 10 AM - 6PM

and

12 PM – 8 PM schedule

Saturday 9 AM - 7 PM

Physical Requirements:

Ability to operate a vehicle

Ability to sit for 2‑4 hours

Ability to stand and walk for 4‑6 hours

Visual acuity to read and type for 2‑6 hours

Simple grasping and fine manipulation to sort through papers for 2‑4 hours

Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds unassisted

Work Environment:

Onsite desk setup to assist in‑person customers

Both in and outdoors in all seasons and types of weather

Frequently in and out of vehicles
