About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hialeah. This hybrid role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to leads and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Eligible to work in the United States
Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation
Physical Requirements
This position operates in both a retail showroom and warehouse setting. The employee may be exposed to varying temperatures, noise levels, typical of a warehouse environment.
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Frequent movement between the front counter, office area, and warehouse floor is required.
Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, point‑of‑sale system, telephone, and other office equipment. Occasional handling of product samples or paperwork.
Must be able to read and interpret data on a computer screen, printed documents, and product labels. Vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to clearly communicate with customers, vendors, and team members in person, over the phone, and via email. Occasionally it is required to lift or move product samples, small boxes, or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
Skills As a Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in processing orders and maintaining accurate records.
