Territory Sales Professional - Entry Level
Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses. The primary focus is new client acquisition and retention within a designated territory.
Pay Range : $65,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr (Base pay)
Position Overview Outside direct sales role with comprehensive training. You will meet face‑to‑face with business owners, benefits managers, and employees to present industry‑leading supplemental insurance products.
Core Responsibilities
Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build professional network.
Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with sales manager and team on monthly and quarterly targets.
Plan weekly schedule, submit it to manager, and record daily activity.
Visit new businesses, nurture relationships and follow up on referral leads.
Additional Qualifications
Pass high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and license fees reimbursed).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years post‑high school work experience (or recent graduate with relevant sales or athletic background).
