Your Tasks The eCommerce Operations Coordinator, Amazon Business, is the operational backbone of the Beiersdorf US Amazon business. This role is responsible for the day-to-day health and accuracy of our product catalog and the flawless execution of key operational tasks within the Amazon Vendor Central platform. You will be the team's first line of defense, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact our digital shelf and our ability to sell. This role is critical for maintaining the operational excellence required to grow our business.

This role reports to the Director, Amazon and is based in Stamford, CT on a hybrid working model, so you must be able to commute to Stamford three times per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Order Confirmation:

Amazon Order Receipt and Confirmation: Analyze the weekly orders received from Amazon every Monday, check for data related errors (e.g., incorrect ASINs), liaise with Demand Planning to secure confirmation rate and share out final confirmed order details with the organization.

2. Digital Shelf & Catalog Hygiene:

Routine PDP audits: Proactively and routinely check the Product Detail Pages (PDPs) of our key products to ensure promos and variations are live and accurate. Conduct competitor scraping and capture promo, placement and content executions during key event periods.

Variation strategy execution and maintenance: Fully own assortment variation execution and maintenance, coordinating and escalating deviations with Account team and CSMs as needed.

Unauthorized 3P seller monitoring: Regularly monitor our PDPs to identify and flag unauthorized third-party (3P) sellers who may have won the Buy Box, altered content, or are violating our brand policies.

Brand Registry case management: Act as the primary owner for raising and managing cases within Amazon Brand Registry to address issues such as trademark infringement, counterfeit products, or incorrect content contributions from other sellers.

3. Pricing Integrity & Monitoring:

Price tracking: Routinely monitor the pricing of our key products on their Amazon PDPs.

Price-match identification: Identify and document instances where Amazon is automatically price-matching a lower price at other key retailers (e.g., Walmart.com, Target.com).

MAPP violation monitoring: Track and document any violations of Beiersdorf's Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP) by either Amazon's retail offer or third-party sellers.

Escalation & reporting: Immediately escalating all identified pricing issues to the Account Manager or Account Director, as relevant, for commercial review and action. Maintain a tracker of all identified pricing discrepancies.

Buy Box suppression: Flag any instances where pricing issues lead to a "suppressed Buy Box" where Amazon removes the primary offer from the product page.

4. Operational Health & Case Management:

Andon Cord & product suppression resolution: Take immediate ownership of any "Andon Cord" pull or product suppression. Investigate the root cause and raise detailed support tickets with Amazon to resolve the issue and get the product back online as quickly as possible.

Master of case management: Serve as the team's expert in opening, tracking, and relentlessly following up on all support tickets with Amazon Vendor Central support to resolve a wide range of operational, catalog, and financial issues.

Your Profile

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in an eCommerce, operations, or administrative role. Direct experience working within the Amazon ecosystem is a huge plus.

Technical Skills :

Amazon Vendor Central : Direct, hands‑on experience navigating and using Amazon Vendor Central is strongly preferred.

Microsoft Excel : Proficiency in Excel is required for reporting tasks (e.g., VLOOKUPs, data formatting, basic pivot tables)

Experience with ISTA6 testing and certification

Experience with retail customer web portals such as AMZ Vendor Central, Profitero, and 3rdparty sales analytics software; experience with SAP R3 a plus.
