to join our Sedona team as
Tour Guides
— with the opportunity to fast-track to
Sales Executive within 90 days . This isn’t just a hospitality job — it’s your gateway to a high-earning career in sales and vacation ownership.
What We Offer
Up to $3,000 in incentives : $1,000 license reimbursement + $2,000 high-performer bonus
Up to 18% commission + uncapped bonuses
once licensed
Paid training & mentorship

Tour Guide Responsibilities (Before Licensing)
Welcome and register guests at resort presentations
Guide guests through check-in and welcome areas
Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure smooth guest flow
Collect lifestyle and travel info (no sales before licensing)
Hand off guests to Sales Executives seamlessly
Phase 1 – Tour Guide:
Gain hospitality experience & prepare for your Arizona Real Estate License (fully reimbursed).
Phase 2 – Sales Executive:
Present vacation ownership, close deals, and earn top-tier commissions.
Who We’re Looking For
Friendly, energetic, and goal-oriented communicators
Ready to pursue a real estate license within 90 days
Available weekends/holidays (two consecutive days off)
Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
