Job Purpose As Content Marketing Manager, you will ignite Unily’s content strategy and amplify our brand voice across enterprise audiences. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver compelling thought‑leadership, customer‑story campaigns, and a scalable self‑service content creation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Champion Unily’s brand, values, and tone, ensuring consistent voice across all communications.
Act as a subject‑matter expert in employee experience thought‑leadership, advancing the company’s agenda through internal and external collaboration.
Own and deliver a centralized self‑service content creation capability, including tool delivery, company enablement, and user adherence.
Lead weekly and monthly content planning cycles, coordinating with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams.
Develop and execute a content strategy that translates employee experience news and trends into high‑impact material, positioning Unily as an industry leader.
Co‑create customer‑led thought‑leadership content—blogs, webinars, videos, white papers, and speaking opportunities—with enterprise customers.
Drive the end‑to‑end production of all required content formats, including video campaigns, white papers, blogs, and social media.
Manage the marketing content calendar, aligning priorities across multiple teams and ensuring consistent execution across platforms and channels.
Apply deep understanding of B2B content performance metrics, reporting success back to key stakeholders.
Oversee external agencies where applicable, ensuring brand guidelines and best‑in‑class quality.
Qualifications
5+ years producing B2B content strategies within technology companies.
Proven track record delivering multichannel campaigns that generate measurable audience growth, new customer acquisition, and customer engagement.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, convincing and motivating stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to operate strategically and executionally—setting direction while delivering hands‑on results.
Experience managing large‑scale budgets for campaigns and reporting on success metrics.
Excellent organizational skills, juggling multiple projects and reacting to climate news that requires quick reporting.
Data‑driven and passionate about implementing change based on evidence.
Experience managing freelancers, external creatives, and brand/creative agencies to deliver high‑quality campaigns.
Must Have
Expertise in B2B communications and marketing channels.
Proficiency using AI tools for content writing and planning (e.g., Jasper.ai).
Project management experience.
Google Analytics experience.
Experience with reporting tools such as HubSpot and Tableau.
