You take pride in building results-driven content calendars, supporting engaged online communities and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Our ideal Social Media Coordinator has developed confidence through hands‑on experience and understands how to balance taking initiative with knowing when to ask questions. You enjoy supporting client relationships behind the scenes by helping with meeting agendas, meeting recaps, content scheduling and day-to-day account needs. You anticipate what account managers and supervisors need next, thrive in a team environment and are eager to contribute ideas while also executing with precision.

The Role
The Social Media Coordinator is a critical part of the digital marketing team, supporting multiple client account teams during a defined six-month period. This role blends social media execution, content creation and account support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being both creative and highly organized.
You will support client accounts through administrative and coordination tasks such as preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed meeting notes, drafting recaps, scheduling content and assisting with content calendar updates. At the same time, you will play an active role in content creation including assisting with photoshoot planning and execution, designing social posts and stories and supporting post‑production efforts.
Working closely with account supervisors and managers, you will help translate client goals into on‑brand social content while keeping timelines, approvals and deliverables on track. This role is well suited for an autonomous, detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of assigned tasks, adapt to evolving client needs and confidently support fast-moving account teams.
