Requirement gathering, elicitation, analysis and documentation of business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.
Core Skills and Knowledge
Salesforce Platform: Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
Business Analysis: Requirements engineering, process modeling, UML, Agile/Scrum.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with integrations, data migration and system architecture.
Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication, technical and non‑technical presentation and interpersonal skills.
