Requirement Gathering, Elicit, analyze and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.
Core Skills Knowledge
Salesforce Platform: Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
Business Analysis: Requirements engineering, process modeling (UML), Agile/Scrum.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with integrations, data migration and system architecture.
Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication, technical and non-technical presentation and interpersonal skills.
