Position Overview Our VP of Sales is responsible for growing sales in excess of 20% annually through long‑term planning and execution, building long‑lasting relationships with Health Plans, Value‑based providers, PBMs, TPAs, Self‑Insured Employers, and other healthcare payer organizations. The role partners with customer success, clinical, and operations teams to focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, profitability, and overall business expansion.
Roles
Direct all lead generation and sales activities to impact new business growth and cross‑selling at existing accounts.
Lead the end‑to‑end sales process for all product lines and services to drive new revenue growth and core business expansion.
Major Responsibilities
Build and demonstrate in‑depth understanding of MRIoA solutions and services.
Serve as the industry expert for Peer‑to‑Peer Review sales into targeted market segmentation.
Understand over‑utilization issues, competitive landscape, and clinical terminology to craft and communicate value propositions.
Manage the entire end‑to‑end sales process to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
Maintain and expand key client relationships.
Build a territory plan targeting prospects to drive pipeline growth.
Secure meetings with buying influencers, including clinical directors, VPs, purchasing leaders, and C‑level audiences.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
Define decision‑making processes and identify champions, decision makers, and influencers.
Collaborate with clinical support, product management, inside sales, and account management throughout the sales process.
Provide feedback for marketing/product/service enhancements.
Maintain up‑to‑date Salesforce account information and accurate forecasting.
Travel Must be able to travel to client and prospective accounts; approximately 40% travel expected.
Work Environment Remote position – work from home. Ability to sit at a desk, use a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment.

Requirements Experience
8 to 10 years of demonstrated success as an individual contributor carrying a quota selling to Health Plans, TPAs, PBMs, and/or specialty care management organizations.
Experience selling to healthcare payers.
Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
Skills
Motivated self‑starter, independent and effective from a home office.
Track record of successful VP/C‑Suite sales strategy execution and personal deal closure.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in remote meetings via phone and webcam (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Strong negotiation, collaboration, and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; highly collaborative.
Consultative selling experience to assess client needs and articulate value.
Ability to craft proposals and negotiate win‑win outcomes.
Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
