Responsibilities
Structuring and supporting mortgage loan applications upon receipt.
Teaching file structuring and training new loan officers.
Providing guidance and leadership for the 6 new loan officers added over the past 30 days.
Running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching the team.
Handling responsibilities with a relentless work ethic, maintaining 12–15 hour days, 7 days a week.
Qualifications
Experience as a Loan Officer with proven mortgage skills.
Processor background helpful but not mandatory.
Mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM loans.
Fluency in DU/LP systems.
In‑depth knowledge of Fannie and Freddie guidelines.
Winning attitude, leadership potential, and ability to work hard.
Comfortable teaching and coaching new team members.
