Job Location San Bernardino Valley area, Los Angeles County, with a primary focus in the San Fernando Valley.
Job Description Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for first‑and third‑party material damage claims, leading to proper disposition. The role also serves as a peer mentor, providing expertise on processes and training.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document all activities in complex files.
Apply mastery of policy content in all types of claims and assist leadership with formal and ad‑hoc training.
Demonstrate estimating fundamentals to create estimates for 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities.
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Compensation
Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49 – $37.50/hour
Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03 – 39.42/hour
Field Adjuster Sr. Cons I: $35.82 – 45.58/hour
Total compensation may include incentive pay such as commission or bonus, if applicable.
