Key Qualifications
Experienced in Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM loan programs.
Fluent with Desktop Underwriter (DU) / Loan Prospector (LP).
In‑depth knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
Strong leadership and coaching experience; ready to build and lead a team.
Relentless work ethic; hustle HARD!
Ability to structure files and teach team members.
Winning attitude; we don’t do losers.
Responsibilities
When an application hits, act as the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting.
Lead training for 6 new loan officers and existing staff.
Maintain and improve file structure processes.
Mentor and coach junior officers to achieve success.
Collaborate with back‑end team and producers to close deals efficiently.
