Job Description They have very large purchase orders—roughly 20 per day, each with 100‑150 lines. The process is manual, so it moves slowly. This client is seeking four dedicated and detail‑oriented Purchasing Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely entry of purchase orders and adherence to standard work procedures. They are currently going through an ERP implementation and have a backlog of purchase orders that need to be entered.
Key Responsibilities
Enter purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Follow standard work procedures and guidelines.
Utilize Excel and Outlook for data entry and communication.
Communicate effectively via phone and email.
Maintain attention to detail and ensure data accuracy.
Multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Exhibit a driven attitude and a strong work ethic.
Additional Information Candidates must wear casual, closed‑toe shoes and have steel‑toe shoes available for manufacturing floor access.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Inventory purchasing – have a good understanding of inventory and how to manage it.
Experience with purchase requisitions.
Any ERP experience.
Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both internal and external (supplier) customers about orders, issues, and ensuring that everyone follows current processes. Not afraid to hold individuals accountable.

Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $27.00/hr.
