Compensation $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities
Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner.
Interview 50+ potential clients per day by phone, e‑mail, and text.
Be extremely organized, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
Use our law firm software, Litify, and all Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Be tech‑savvy and willing to learn our systems.
Qualifications
Sales or customer service experience highly valued.
Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy.
Previous legal experience highly valued.
Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills.
Familiarity with case‑management and CRM systems a bonus.
