Part Time Outreach Coordinator
Golden Psychology PLLC is a multidisciplinary therapy practice and day program dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals, couples, and families. Our mission is to create inclusive, supportive spaces that foster growth, connection, and healing. We are expanding our community reach and looking for an Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen our partnerships and share our story. The position is 20 hours per week.
About the Role The Outreach Coordinator builds meaningful relationships with community partners, referral sources, and the public while managing marketing and communications efforts for the practice. This position connects people and organizations to our programs, increases awareness of mental health resources, and supports the practice’s growth and visibility.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, creative, and passionate about connecting people with high-quality mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with schools, hospitals, inpatient and outpatient providers, and community organizations.
Conduct outreach visits, calls, and presentations to promote therapy and day program services.
Develop and distribute outreach materials (brochures, newsletters, flyers, and social media posts).
Manage social media and website updates; create engaging posts about programs and events.
Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, and professional gatherings.
Track outreach activities, partnerships, and referrals.
Respond to inquiries from potential clients and referral partners with warmth and professionalism.
Support planning and coordination of events, workshops, and open houses.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align outreach, marketing, and clinical goals.
Manage advertising.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, psychology, marketing, social work, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or community relations (healthcare or nonprofit preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to groups.
Strong writing, editing, and content-creation abilities.
Experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp).
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
Compassionate, mission-driven, and comfortable representing mental health services.
