We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is interested in helping our clients implement an effective HR strategy while assuring they are in compliance.
HR Consultant Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of our clients HR strategy and processes HR Strategy and policy development Deploy online training presentations Leave Administration (FMLA/ADA) Recruitment Performance Management EEO Reporting Employee Relations Orientation/Onboarding Programs Organizational Effectiveness HR Documentation Compliance Support Employee Engagement Initiatives Professional Development Qualifications
Customer Service oriented Strong verbal & written communication skills are required. Problem solving skills Proficient with MS Office Applications Experience with HRIS applications a plus Professional HR Certification is a plus HR and business experience supporting small to midsize organizations Must be willing to visit clients Job Type
Full-time hybrid remote Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree - in HR preferred Three plus years in HR preferred
