Assembly Worker
Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift Pay Rate: 16.50 Assignment Type: Temp to Hire Position Summary
The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards are met Identify and report defects, shortages, or equipment issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures Meet daily production and quality goals Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products as needed Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to [XX] lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions Work Environment
Manufacturing / production floor May include exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment PPE required as applicable
