Assembly Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift Assemble lawn mower components such as decks, motors, handles, and wheels. Use hand tools and power tools to fit, fasten, and secure parts Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders Inspect parts and finished units for quality and accuracy Perform functional tests to ensure proper operation Maintain a clean and organized work area Report defects, equipment issues, or shortages to supervisors Meet daily production targets while following all safety procedures Assembly Operator Qualifications: Ability to follow written and verbal assembly instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Willingness to meet production goals and deadlines Commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment handling Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
