Panel Assembly
Join our team in the Panel Shop where you will be responsible for assembling railroad tracks. This is a first-shift position, operating from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The role requires teamwork and strong experience in construction, foundry, or steel industries. Responsibilities Assemble railroad tracks according to blueprints. Read and interpret measurements accurately to 1/32 inch. Utilize mechanical aptitude to ensure proper assembly. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Essential Skills Proficiency in reading blueprints. Ability to read precise measurements. Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience in assembly, machine operation, fabrication, or construction. Additional Skills & Qualifications Welding experience is advantageous. Experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred. Why Work Here? Jewelry should not be worn due to machinery. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
