Job Summary The Bilingual Production Manager oversees all daily plant operations to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and of the highest quality. This role manages production schedules, directs workforce activities, optimizes workflow, and ensures full compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies. The Production Manager works closely with cross‑functional teams and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

As a Bilingual Production Manager, You Will:

Develop, plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities based on demand forecasts, project deadlines, and client requirements.

Supervise, train, and support production staff—including supervisors, machine operators, and laborers—and participate in hiring decisions.

Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching, corrective actions, or development plans as needed.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret technical drawings and ensure all product specifications are met.

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for management and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Oversee precast concrete production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and workflow optimization.

Investigate and resolve product quality issues quickly and effectively.

Troubleshoot process and equipment issues; coordinate repairs and maintenance when required.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing or related methodologies.

Partner with Engineering, Scheduling, QC, Project Managers, and other teams to ensure customer requirements are met daily.

Enforce strict adherence to all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory standards.

Identify, correct, and prevent safety hazards within the plant environment, lead safety meetings.

Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Recommend and implement process changes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.

Monitor and manage usage of raw materials and precast components.

Minimize material waste and support sustainable, environmentally responsible practices.

Foster a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Requirements

Over 10 years of experience in production and operations management within the precast concrete and construction materials industry.

In‑depth knowledge of precast concrete production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards.

Demonstrated leadership with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.

Strong planning, problem‑solving, and organizational skills to drive operational efficiency and meet production goals.

Thorough understanding of quality assurance processes and compliance with safety regulations.

Experienced in using ERP systems and production management software to optimize workflows.

Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Self‑motivated, capable of working independently or collaboratively, and adaptable to changing operational needs.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance record.

Ability to accurately read, interpret, and apply technical drawings and blueprints.

Education

BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred

Relevant certifications (PCI Certified Plant Manager) preferred
