Starting Rate:
$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service.
Enjoy working in your community and helping others.
Assist in receiving inventory, stocking, and maintaining a store section.
Operate a cash register, process payments and returns, and verify eligibility for alcoholic beverages.
Maintain proper pricing, product rotation, and inventory records.
Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles.
Perform basic bookkeeping duties and record lost or damaged goods.
Keep all interior and exterior areas of the store clean and sanitary.
Qualifications:
Read and write in English; interact comfortably with the public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Present information effectively in one‑to‑one and small‑group settings.
Apply common‑sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Desirable:
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
