Duties & Responsibilities
Create proposals that solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards in a way that promotes win-win outcomes, long-term savings for customers, and elevated positions for the company.
Follow and Champion a Sales Methodology and Close
Follow Through With Customers
Treasure Every Lead
Brand Ambassador
Keep employees and homeowners on the same page at all times by over-communicating clarity
MUST be comfortable and experienced walking on, measuring and inspecting the roof!
Qualifications:
Clean driving record
Winning first impression
Ability to turn strangers into friends
Ability to listen to customer needs
Ability to climb a ladder to inspect work
Skills
Good communication
Proficient with basic Windows computer programs
Ability to figure numbers in head
Ability, without fear, and with proper safety equipment, to climb and inspect roofs
NO DEGREE REQUIRED!

Residential Roofing Sales Experience
Willing and able to climb, walk and measure roofs
Fluent in interfacing with insurance companies
Experienced in tracking down leaks
Experienced in performing minor shingle repairs
Must pass background, credit, and drug tests
