Phillips Home Improvements is seeking experienced, independent residential painters to work as subcontractors in the DFW area.
The ideal crew owns a clean van or truck, maintains a full painting toolkit, and has a proven track record of quality residential repainting and carpentry repairs.

Responsibilities
Power wash exterior surfaces.
Mask and protect surrounding areas.
Paint exteriors (spraying) and interiors.
Spray cabinets and paneling.
Stain, refinish doors and cabinets.
Replace and install interior trim and crown moulding.
Replace and install exterior trim and siding.
Qualification / Experience • Experience with residential new‑construction painting and remodel painting. • Proven crew leadership skills. • Own or have access to an airless spray machine; if so, specify brand. • Operate a power washer, air compressor, ladders, and texture hopper. • Possess essential hand tools such as a circular saw and nail guns for trim and siding. • Maintain a valid bank account for timely compensation. • Comfortable learning Phillips painting and partner guidelines within 2‑3 hours of hire.
Requirements
Submit a current W‑9.
Each crew member must provide a valid ID.
Demonstrate 10 years of experience for all crew members.
Provide proof of reliable vehicle insurance and a complete painting toolset.
Handle interior and exterior texture work and light carpentry—siding, fascia, trim, baseboards, and molding.
Additional Requirements (Spanish‑speaking crews)
Deliver a current W‑9.
Present official identification for all crew members.
Equip reliable vehicle, insurance, and required tools.
Perform interior and exterior texturing and light carpentry, including coverings, facades, moldings, soffits, and finishes.
Compliance If partnering with Phillips Painting, you agree not to advertise or promote yourself or any other company on or near Phillips job sites.
