This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. Provide technical sales support and guide customers through product selection Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Partner with the outside sales team to achieve sales goals and complete sales documentation Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and credit terms Recommend product solutions based on customer needs and technical specs Maintain and update customer records and sales contracts Support the sales team with data entry, proposals, presentations, and sales analysis Collaborate across departments (design, logistics, supply chain, finance) to deliver excellent service Develop and manage price lists and monitor order status Provide backup support to the team when needed CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran
