Foothill Appliance is looking for a Appliance Sales Rep to join our team! As a Appliance Sales Representative, you are a key member of the team and will be selling appliance in store and over the phone. You are responsible for handling purchase requests and answer all sale and appliance related questions customers might have. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Have the knowledge to sell appliances our store offers.
Complete work orders, return customer calls, and answer customer questions.
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions
Qualifications:
Minimum two years sales experience.
Appliance sale experience preferably.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail‑oriented with strong data entry skills
Team player who can work independently
Appliance sale spiffs and commission
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
