Colquitt Regional Senior Care & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. Our facility is a 59-bed skilled nursing center that provides exceptional short‑term rehabilitation, long‑term care, and specialized medical support for older adults in a warm and patient‑centered environment.
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with experienced physical and occupational therapy staff, nursing, and other health care providers to deliver high‑quality, individualized care. Our therapists play a vital role in helping residents improve mobility, maintain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
Current and Active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) in the State of Georgia
Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
BLS Certification
Strong clinical reasoning skills with a passion for patient‑centered care.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
Commitment to professional growth and advancing clinical expertise.
