Sales Engineer , you will handle client requests, understand their application needs, and propose suitable engine solutions. Working closely with an experienced senior engineer, you will receive mentoring, on-the-job training, and exposure to international industry leaders. Your contribution will help support market growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone

early in their career

who has a

technical background , an interest in

marine propulsion , and enjoys combining engineering understanding with customer interaction. You will be responsible for: Managing customer inquiries related to engine applications and service support. Preparing commercial offers and basic technical documentation for clients in Greece and internationally. Working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and after-sales support. Supporting market development efforts and identifying new opportunities. Providing technical guidance and maintaining strong customer relationships. Participating in training sessions and keeping up to date with new products and technologies. Representing our brands with professionalism and a strong understanding of their offerings. Must Have

2–3 years

of experience in

sales

support within the

marine ,

automotive , or

mechanical

engineering

field. Degree from a Technical Educational Institute (TEI) or equivalent (Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering preferred). Good command of English (written and spoken). Genuine interest in

marine engines ,

propulsion

systems , or

mechanical

equipment . Nice to Have

Previous experience with recreational boat engines or power equipment. Exposure to international clients or technical sales environments. Familiarity with high-performance engine brands. Skills & Competencies

Technical curiosity and a hands-on approach to learning product applications. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
