Position Summary The client is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager with a strong background in middle market and large commercial accounts. This person should come from a competitive, metrics driven environment and be ready to join a growing organization that values exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high quality, relationship focused client service

Manage the full renewal process, including gathering information, marketing accounts, preparing proposals, and presenting to clients

Issue certificates of insurance with a two hour response standard

Document all client and carrier communications in Applied Epic

Set up CSR24 for clients and use Indio to obtain renewal information

Request and manage loss runs using Loss Run Pro

Process policy endorsements accurately and efficiently

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and carriers by phone and email

Help train and support less experienced team members

Requirements

Ten or more years of commercial lines experience as a middle market or large account Customer Service Representative or Account Manager

Proficiency with Applied Epic

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail with a strong sense of personal accountability

Comfortable with direct and candid communication

Ability to excel in a fast paced and evolving environment

Experience insuring contractors

Experience working remotely if applying for a remote role

Availability during core business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time

Experience managing large schedules of vehicles and equipment

Residence in Oklahoma or Texas

Experience with middle market oil and gas accounts with annual premiums greater than 250,000

Preferred Qualifications

Experience insuring oil and gas companies

Proficiency with Indio and CSR24

Professional designations such as CRIS, CRIR, CIC, CLCS, or ERIS

Experience working with carriers such as Travelers, BITCO, NAICO, Mid Continent, Chubb, and with captive insurance programs

Contract surety experience
