Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Use hand-held scanners to locate and track inventory.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition.
- Stage picked items correctly for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times and participate in safety training.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting and moving of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and labels.
- Proficiency with scanning technology is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
- Experience in logistics operations is beneficial.
