Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform inventory counts as needed and report any discrepancies.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Engage in tasks requiring consistent Lifting and movement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, as well as perform repetitive Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
