K-Designers - Field Marketer Outstanding earning Potential-Hrly+bonuses and Sales Great Day Improvements, LLC, is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our home improvement brand, KDesigners! We are seeking professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be face‑to‑face generating new clients at various contracted events and residential neighborhoods throughout the states we currently operate in. You will also gather reviews from our previous customers. The primary role is to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in purchasing our products and services. This position is hourly plus commission earned when a new client you generate makes a purchase from us. We reimburse certain travel expenses and offer performance‑based bonuses. Please ask the recruiting/hiring manager for additional details! Responsibilities Engage in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing. Memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared for and provided by K-Designers. Introduce K-Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates. Collect information such as contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners. Confidently answer questions and respond to objections from homeowners using rebuttals to drive as many leads as possible. Transport yourself to assigned events or territories and work independently while representing K-Designers with utmost courtesy and professionalism. Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to travel to various locations throughout the region. Previous field marketing, canvassing, or door‑to‑door/outside experience a plus, but not required. Age 18+. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
